Privacy Policy.

Review Sharks is a B2B service for local businesses. We collect contact details from people who reach out to us (name, business name, email, phone, industry, and a description of their review challenge) so we can respond, run their free audit, and — if they hire us — deliver our services. We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

• Contact form submissions: your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, and the review problem you described.
• Newsletter signups: your email address and the source (e.g. “Case Studies waitlist”).
• Service delivery information: if you become a client, we collect what we need to deliver the engagement (your Google Business Profile information, customer contact lists you authorize us to message on your behalf, payment information processed by a third-party payment processor).
• Server logs: standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained briefly for rate-limiting and security.

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver the free audit you requested.
• To send service-related emails (audits, reports, billing).
• To deliver the services you've hired us for.
• To send the specific opt-in content you signed up for (e.g. case studies).
• To prevent abuse, rate-limit submissions, and keep the site operational.

We share data only with the third-party services we use to operate. As of the date above, these are:

• Resend — to deliver transactional email (your inquiry to us, our reply to you).
• Discord — for internal lead-notification webhooks (the message routes to our private team channel only).
• Vercel — our hosting provider; standard request logs.
• Calendly — if you book a call via the embedded scheduler.
• Payment processor — if you become a paying client (Stripe or equivalent; we never store your card data ourselves).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain inquiry and newsletter data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of business interactions (typically 3 years), or until you ask us to delete it. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and contract records, then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Opt out of any marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).
• If you are a California resident, opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your information — though we don't engage in either.

This site does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We use only the minimum cookies needed for site functionality (e.g. session state if you interact with embedded forms). We do not use cross-site tracking pixels.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. This site is intended for business owners and operators.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced via email if you've given us your address.
