1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services provided by Review Sharks (“Review Sharks,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use this

Our services are intended for businesses. By engaging us, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and that the business owns or has the right to manage the Google Business Profile(s) we'll work on.

3. What we do

Review Sharks offers two services: Google Review Generation (automated SMS and email outreach to your customers to request honest Google reviews) and Negative Google Review Removal (documentation and escalation of policy-violating reviews to Google for removal review). Full service descriptions are on /services.

4. Pricing and billing

  • Review Generation: Month-to-month subscription. Three tiers gated by new-request volume (Starter, Growth, Apex), priced per location. Current per-tier pricing and request caps are published on /pricing. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.
  • Review Removal: Pay-on-success add-on — $297 per successful removal, billed only when a policy-violating review we've worked on is actually removed by Google, with a free assessment first. The same per-removal fee applies on every plan.
  • 10-day free trial: New Review Generation clients get their first 10 days free. Your card is not charged during the trial, and the first monthly charge falls on day 11. Cancel at any point before then and you are charged nothing — the 30 days' notice in section 5 does not apply during the trial. One trial per business, per location. The trial covers Review Generation only; pay-on-success Review Removal is billed as normal for any removal completed during it.
  • Free Review Campaign (“first 25 reviews free”): Where we offer it (for example, on a promotional landing page), we run your initial review-reactivation campaign — review requests to your past customers — completely free. No card is required and nothing is charged during the campaign. The free campaign ends at the earliest of: (a) 25 new Google reviews landing on your profile after the campaign starts, (b) your reachable past-customer list being fully contacted, or (c) either of us stopping it, which either party may do at any time by email with nothing owed. Continuing with a paid subscription afterward is entirely optional: nothing converts automatically, and you are only ever billed if you expressly sign up. Every review earned during the campaign stays on your profile either way. One free campaign per business, per location; it is an alternative to the 10-day free trial, not combinable with it. Pay-on-success Review Removal remains available and separately billed as described above if you request it.
  • Billing cycle: Generation is billed monthly in advance (or annually, if selected), beginning on day 11 for clients on the free trial. Removal is billed monthly in arrears for confirmed removals.
  • Payment terms: Net 15 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation

During the 10-day free trial: cancel any time before day 11, by email, and you owe nothing. No notice period applies and your card is never charged.

During a Free Review Campaign: either party may stop the campaign at any time, by email, with no notice period and nothing owed. There is no card on file to charge.

After the trial: you can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). You are responsible for any reviews generated or removals completed during the notice period. We do not refund completed work.

6. What we will not do

We do not post fake reviews, incentivize positive reviews, or use any tactic that violates Google's policies or applicable consumer-protection laws. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews generated or a specific outcome on removal requests — both depend on factors outside our control (your customer base, Google's policy decisions, the specific facts of each review).

Where a promotional offer references a number of reviews (for example, “your first 25 reviews free”), that number defines the scope of the free period — how much we deliver before the free campaign is considered complete — not a guaranteed outcome. Section 4 describes exactly when a free campaign ends; if it ends before the referenced number is reached, you owe nothing.

7. Text messaging (SMS) program terms

Our business clients use Review Sharks to send text messages to their customers who have opted in (the “Review Sharks Customer Feedback & Review Program”) — for example, a thank-you with a review link, or a question about a recent experience.

  • Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per program).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Text STOP to cancel at any time. Text HELP for help, or contact us at joey@reviewsharks.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate access to your Google Business Profile(s) and any data we need to deliver the engagement.
  • Ensure that any customer contact data you authorize us to use was collected in compliance with applicable law (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.) and that your customers consented to be contacted.
  • Not use the services to retaliate against legitimate customer complaints or to suppress lawful speech.

9. Intellectual property

The site content (copy, design, code) is owned by Review Sharks. You retain ownership of your business's data, customer lists, and Google Business Profile content. During an active engagement, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to deliver the services.

10. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that any specific review will be removed, that any specific number of reviews will be generated, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Google will not change its policies. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Sharks's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Review Sharks against claims arising from (a) your customer data or contact lists, (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) content you provided that we used in good faith to deliver the services.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect.
